Effective November 3, 2026. MY MUSE Experiences (“MY MUSE”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains the information we collect when you visit our website, inquire about an experience or join our email updates, and how to reach us about your information.
01 / WHAT WE COLLECT
When you inquire about an experience, we may collect your name, email address, phone number and details you choose to share about your occasion, preferred date, location, guest count or creative requirements. When you subscribe to Muse Updates, we collect your email address and the consent information associated with your signup. Our website and service providers may also process basic technical data needed to display, secure and operate the site.
02 / HOW WE USE INFORMATION
We use inquiry details to respond, prepare tailored proposals, plan and deliver experiences, and communicate about potential or confirmed bookings. We use newsletter details only to send MY MUSE updates when you choose to subscribe. We may also use information to maintain site functionality, protect the service and meet legal obligations. Sending an event inquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.
03 / SERVICE PROVIDERS
Our website is built and hosted using Framer; our event inquiry form is provided by Tally. If you join the mailing list, a dedicated email marketing service will help manage subscriptions and send updates. These providers process information on our behalf under their own applicable privacy and security terms. Some information may be processed or stored outside Canada and may be subject to local laws. We do not sell your personal information.
04 / YOUR CONSENT & CHOICES
You can choose whether to provide information to inquire or subscribe. You may withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us. You can also ask to access, correct or request deletion of personal information we hold, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements.
05 / HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to inquiries, provide services, maintain required business records or meet legal obligations. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information, though no online service can guarantee absolute security.
06 / QUESTIONS OR PRIVACY CONCERNS
Our designated privacy contact is the MY MUSE Privacy Officer. For access or correction requests, concerns about our practices, or to withdraw consent, write to events@shopmymuse.ca. We will review and respond to privacy concerns in accordance with applicable law. If our practices change materially, we will update this notice and its effective date.
